Overview

As an Accounting Clerk and Administration Officer , you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of accounting and administrative duties. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Handle general office administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave records.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional certification or degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Applicants with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative functions are preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and payroll processing is a plus.
