About the role

We have an exciting 6-month contract opportunity for an Account Assistant to join the finance team at located in Jurong East West Region. You will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process invoices and assist in month end closings
  2. Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
  3. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  4. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
