What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients
- Preparing monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconciling bank accounts and managing accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with tax preparation and compliance tasks
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
- Collaborating with the broader accounting team to ensure efficient and effective operations
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small practice or firm; Fresh Graduated are encourage to apply.
