About the role 


The Account Associate assists the Client Director pod in handling Computacenter’s customer base and the sales of products and services. They support the sales process by coordinating sales related activities and client needs. They work with internal departments as well as external vendors building customer satisfaction, assisting in sales opportunity growth, thereby enabling the sales pod to pursue new, strategic accounts. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Working alongside Client Directors and Account Managers to deliver excellent service to existing customers and assisting in driving new business within prospective target clients. 
  • Scheduling and attending meetings and key events with current and prospective customers. 
  • Keeping current and prospective customers apprised of current promotions, new or upgraded products, quoting prices and credit terms, and all related follow up.
