Job Description

The Account Coordinator is a key member of our Client Services team and plays a central role in driving client success. Builds strong client relationships, anticipates needs, and ensures work is delivered on time, on strategy, and within scope. They quarterback cross‑functional teams—partnering with specialists, practice leads, and internal stakeholders—to deliver high‑quality campaigns, reporting, and recommendations that achieve client goals. Account Coordinators support portfolio growth, oversee billing accuracy, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and retention.
