Overview

Objective: To drive exceptional client outcomes and sustainable account growth by delivering world-class AI transformation projects while building strategic partnerships that generate significant expansion revenue and position Neurons Lab as the premier AI enablement partner for Financial Services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Account Growth & Client Success
• Drive Expansion Revenue: Generate a minimum of 2 expansion opportunities per account per quarter through strategic relationship building and consultative selling
• Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain C-suite relationships, conducting monthly business reviews and positioning as an AI transformation advisor
• Account Strategy: Develop comprehensive account plans for 3-5 client portfolios, including quarterly strategic reviews and competitive positioning
