Job Description
The Accounts Director is a key client-facing role responsible for owning and growing strategic customer experience contact centre technology relationships. This role sits at the intersection of client advocacy, commercial partnership, and operational problem-solving. The Accounts Director is client-obsessed, acts with urgency on behalf of customers, and ensures client needs are clearly understood, addressed, and translated into effective solutions in collaboration with iCXeed’s technology build and managed services teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Advocacy
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Technology clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
Act as the voice of the client internally, advocating for their needs, frustrations, and priorities.
Proactively engage clients—confidently picking up the phone to address concerns, provide updates, and drive timely solutions.
