Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management (Travel Experiences, Financial Services - South Korea)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client.
  • Oversee daily client communications and project management.
  • Support senior team members in managing the account's performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to meet client expectations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and commercial strategy.
  • Become an expert in the company’s products and operational systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth account operations.
  • Develop and update client plans and strategies.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and establish trust with key decision-makers.
