Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management (Travel Experiences, Financial Services - South Korea)
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client. Oversee daily client communications and project management. Support senior team members in managing the account's performance and profitability. Collaborate with Operations teams to meet client expectations. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and commercial strategy. Become an expert in the company’s products and operational systems. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth account operations. Develop and update client plans and strategies. Conduct regular account reviews and establish trust with key decision-makers.
