Customer Management
(Business development through sales, invoicing, and collection)
Interact with all assigned clients, identifying their needs and proposing suitable tools
Define proposals to achieve the expected Budget levels and margins
Present research results to clients
Make recommendations for each study, adding value to the client to encourage repeat purchases
Ensure high-quality service to clients and overall satisfactionNew Business Management:
Establish contact with new companies to incorporate them as clients and contribute to sales objectives
Update the client database to detect sales opportunities
Provide added value to the client with new ideas, innovative leadership, and new ways of conducting market research and growth strategyFinancial Management of Assigned Accounts:
Achieve the annual sales, invoicing, and expected margin budget
Support the required collection management for timely portfolio recovery
