Responsibilities
Directly accountable for owning and exceeding upsell targets and achieving strong net revenue retention for your portfolio.
Strategically manage and nurture the entire client relationship, from initial onboarding through renewal and expansion
Proactively develop and execute on account plans to uncover and capitalize on expansion opportunities, growing revenue from our existing client base
Lead and coordinate internal teams to ensure the execution of high-impact projects, from pilots to full-scale deployments
