Summary:

The opportunity arises for VIAVI to hire a Sales Account Manager in South Korea, focusing on FAS products. This is an individual contributor and sales quota-carrying role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving/exceeding the business goals and sales quota in the assigned area
  • Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including Service Providers (Communications Networks), distributors, Network Equipment Manufacturers (NEMs), Research Institutions, factories for Optical-related products, engineering, purchasing and senior management
  • Sell into customers through direct sales as well as indirect sales via Channel Partners
  • Perform market analysis of the assigned area and provide up-to-date information on market dynamics including potential opportunities, competitor activities and others for effective sales.
