About This Role
- Client Training Coordination: Book and manage client training events, ensuring prerequisites are met, course availability is confirmed, and client expectations are clearly communicated to the Training Services team.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, monitor training events through to completion, and provide ongoing support.
- Client Retention and Account Management: Managing client and company retention, optimizing revenue, and surpassing client expectations through account follow-up.
- Recurring Training & Upselling: Schedule and follow up on recurring training events and promote ancillary training courses that add value to the client experience.
- Sales Support: Assist the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with pricing agreements, document contract validity, and update pricing on relevant portals.
