Job Description
Primary Functions:
Support Accountant with business accounting activities.
Book keeping & full set of account (AR, AP, GL)
To upkeep and control stationaries usage.
To organize and input accounting data into accounting system.
- Prefer to travel or work in JB Malaysia
Duties & Responsibilities:
To ensure all Admins job are properly carried out.
Invoice processing.
Processing payment & banks reconciliation, computing monthly staffs claim.
Maintenance the company purchase and sales ledgers.
Keeping and maintaining a proper record for office keys & locker keys etc.
Participation on year-end inventory stock take and computing reports for management review
Maintaining good communication in-between superior and subordinates in order to create high working moral in office.
Enhance 5S control over the office area.
To carry out work as instructed by immediate superior / managers from time to time
Qualifications:
Business Studies, LCCI Diploma or ACCA
Minimum 2 years working experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
Good planning, organizing and controlling skills.
Autocount Accounting Software, Microsoft Office and email.
Knowledge of Autocount Accounting is an advantage
