Responsibilities

  • Handle either Account Receivable only based on company settings
  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Follow up on customer overdue payments and credit control.
  • Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers.
  • Prepare year end closing management account for audit purpose

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting (manufacturing preferred)
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting Software & Microsoft Office
  • Language proficiency: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Preferably can start immediately or within a month
