Responsibilities
- Handle either Account Receivable only based on company settings
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Follow up on customer overdue payments and credit control.
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers.
- Prepare year end closing management account for audit purpose
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting (manufacturing preferred)
- Proficient in SQL Accounting Software & Microsoft Office
- Language proficiency: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Preferably can start immediately or within a month
