Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including daily accounting operations.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, filing and monthly reports.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including collections and payments.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Prepare and analyze costing information, including product costing and cost control for trading and manufacturing operations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management financial and costing reports.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
- Support management with cost analysis, variance analysis and ad-hoc financial reports.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
