Have intelligent, value-driven conversations with HR and talent leaders
Own the full sales cyclefrom Hey, nice to e-meet you! to Lets sign the deal!
Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine our pitch (yes, we listen to sales!) Track progress, celebrate small wins (and big ones with cake)
What Were Looking For (Besides a Great Sense of Humor)
2-4 years of experience in HRTech sales
