Your Impact

Account Executives at Beyond Cloud Consulting help build customer experiences by mapping NetSuite's solutions to their needs. By understanding the specific challenges that prospects and customers face, you will help them achieve the desired positive business outcomes with our customized NetSuite solutions. You will cultivate tight‑knit relationships with customers and key partners while maintaining knowledge of NetSuite's evolving technology.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from securing an opportunity to closing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long‑term partnerships.
  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of post‑sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide professional after‑sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Respond to complaints, resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction, and maintain the company's reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM.
  • Build and leverage channel partner relationships with NetSuite AEs and other stakeholders; deliver and reliably manage a sound pipeline of opportunity.
  • Generate SOWs to precisely incorporate scope collected from solution architects and present the SOWs to customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly targets for sales and recurring revenue from existing customers.
  • Lead pipeline generation targets outside partner channel.
  • Travel as needed to client sites and conferences for relationship‑building activities.

Qualifications

  • Post‑secondary degree in a Business or Technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience in the IT sector.
  • Comfortable presenting SOW and value proposition to C‑level executives.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Experience selling into the Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Financial Services, and Professional Services verticals.
  • Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to liaise with senior level and functional level clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to earn clients' trust.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Professional experience with a NetSuite Channel Partner or NetSuite community is an asset.
