What You’ll Do as an Account Executive:
- Drive Awareness: Proactively engage medium and enterprise sized game development studios (AA+ and AAA) to introduce Motorica’s cutting-edge animation toolset.
- Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with key decision-makers, build meaningful relationships, and cultivate a deep understanding of their animation workflows and pain points.
- Tailored Solutions: Demonstrate how Motorica’s generative AI-based motion synthesis solutions streamline production pipelines, reduce cost, and unlock creative potential in character animation together with our most experienced product strategists.
- Revenue Acceleration: Meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets by turning curious prospects into enthusiastic customers.
- Improve Sales Pipelines: Own the process from start to finish and have full authority to get the backing needed in terms of tools, software and assistance to excel within your role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: Prior success in a revenue-generating role, ideally selling SaaS-based creative solutions or highly technical solutions.
- Communication Pro: Strong storytelling skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Curiosity & Adaptability: A passion for emerging technologies and an eagerness to learn, explore, and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Technical Interest: Constantly want to learn more about our complex product to be able to identify ways to help creatives within the gaming industry.
Additional Qualifications:
- Gaming Domain Experience: Understanding of the animation pipeline and challenges facing small to medium-sized game studios; familiarity with AA+ and AAA segments is a major plus.
