Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Account Executive to provide frontline operational support in a PAGCOR-regulated gaming environment .

This role supports daily gaming operations, assists players with registration and game access, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps maintain a safe and professional gaming experience.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of compliance, security, AML, KYC, and responsible gaming standards required by PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory bodies.

In addition to operational support, the role also contributes to player engagement, retention activities, marketing initiatives, and on-site coordination.
