**Overview**:
The Account Executive builds and nurtures relationships with prospective franchise owners and corporate clients. Working alongside the sales leadership team, this individual guides interested parties from initial inquiry through signed agreement, ensuring every step is clear, timely, and professional.
**Primary Duties**:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and initiate outreach to warm, marketing-generated leads
- Lead qualification and discovery calls to understand prospect goals and fit
- Coordinate follow-up meetings, manage next steps, and support deal negotiation and close
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot (or comparable CRM)
