Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: You aren't just pushing products; you are helping customers find the optimal solution for automation, which requires deep listening and problem-solving.
- Lead & Pipeline Management: You will handle the entire funnel—from qualifying inbound leads and hunting outbound targets to closing deals and forecasting future revenue.
- Technical Design Collaboration: A unique part of this role is using Vention’s proprietary tools (MachineBuilder). You will work alongside Application Engineers to turn a concept into a simulated, functional machine design.
- Strategic Growth: You will act as a bridge to leadership, providing feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies and ensure the company hits its monthly and quarterly targets.
