Job Description

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) are an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting field
  • Experienced in preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial reports
  • Experience handling retail or F&B accounts is preferred
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks or other accounting systems

Responsibility

  • Prepare and manage the full set of accounts
  • Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and monthly financial reports
  • Handle internal audits
  • Monitor cash flow and financial controls
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, LHDN (Inland Revenue Board), and other relevant parties
