**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
- Prepare and present products to prospective clients
- Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
- Illustrate the value of our services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
- Negotiate proposals and keep records of sales and data
**KPI’s**
- New accounts acquired
- Closing rate
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an account executive or sales related role, preferably in a technology or software company
