General Insurance Broker – SME Specialist | Canberra

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients across Australia
  • Quote, place, renew, and review policies with precision
  • Handle claims and client queries confidently
  • Build strong relationships with insurers and clients, it’s not all about transactional renewals
  • Ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in SME general insurance broking
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (RG146)
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to hit the ground running and add value from day one
