Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivatedAccount Executiveto join our Central Europe Government Sales team, focusing onPublic Safety and Critical Infrastructure customersinGermany.

You will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to our mission, engaging with strategic customers to position our comprehensive suite of solutions, which includescritical communication, video, software and accompanying services. You will help identify and develop new business, nurture essential customer relationships, and manage the full sales cycle, all while being supported by dedicated internal teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be focused on developing growth and collaboration, with responsibilities including:

  • Contributing to growthacross the entire portfolio, with a clear focus on expanding revenue across the entire portfolio.

  • Achieving orders and revenuetargets through effective account management and new business development.

  • Developing collaborative and long-term relationshipswith customers, ensuring Motorola Solutions is seen as their preferred partner.

  • Developing aplan for customer growthand identifying new opportunities in your territory.

  • Expanding current accounts by introducing thefull Motorola Solutions portfolio.

  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and account information within Salesforce.

  • Keeping informed about competitor products and strategies.

  • Collaborating effectively with internal support teams (bid management, technical architects, post-sales support, etc.).


  • Basic Requirements

    Essential Skills and Qualifications (The Must-Haves)

  • A proven track record of successfulB2B sales.

  • Fluency in German and English(spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • The ability to identify and qualify new opportunities.

  • Strong focus on new business development and relationship building.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Residency in Germany is required.

  • Nice-to-Have Skills (The Ideal Profile)

  • Relevant sales experience managing complex sales cycles.

  • Experience selling togovernmental/public safetyenvironments or critical infrastructure sectors.

  • Experience selling complex technology solutions, particularly incritical communication, video, or software.
