Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, review accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank reconciliations and inter-co reconciliations.
  • Process monthly payments following approved procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and HRDF Levy.
  • To prepare and update sales invoices, debit and credit note
  • Responsible for yearly audit exercise, prepare the financial statements and corporate tax submission
  • Handle the filing and housekeeping of records and reports.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.
  • To carry any other duties, responsibilities, and ad-hoc assignments whenever required, directed or instructed by superiors.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
