Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, review accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank reconciliations and inter-co reconciliations.
- Process monthly payments following approved procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and HRDF Levy.
- To prepare and update sales invoices, debit and credit note
- Responsible for yearly audit exercise, prepare the financial statements and corporate tax submission
- Handle the filing and housekeeping of records and reports.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.
- To carry any other duties, responsibilities, and ad-hoc assignments whenever required, directed or instructed by superiors.
