Responsibilities

• Train and orient newly acquired and existing accredited providers.
• Manage accredited providers by implementing agreed contracts between provider and company.
• Proactively address and resolve service issues within claims, accounts receivable, legal, managed care, etc.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders.
• Present new services and enhance existing relationships.
• Submit progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
• Coordinate APE transactions with providers.
• Perform provider accreditation and orientation of AMAPHIL process.
