Role Description


This is a full-time role for an Account Executive - Mid Market based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Executive will actively engage in identifying and managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, conducting presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet business objectives and ensure client success.


Qualifications


  • Proven skills in customer relationship management, account management, and client interaction.
  • 2-3 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS.
  • Strong sales acumen with expertise in developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience with tech platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with the construction or tech industry would be advantageous.
