We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive – Client Servicing to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong client handling skills, agency exposure, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Coordinate between internal creative, content, media and production teams
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations
• Prepare briefs, presentations and campaign reports
• Support campaign execution and ensure smooth day-to-day account operations
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to client retention

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client servicing / account management in a creative, digital or marketing agency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing and brand communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
