  • Play a key role in accelerating the adoption of ESG and sustainability software across the DACH region, helping organizations operate more transparently and responsibly.
  • Manage effective partner relationships and leverage them as a growth channel to reach customers.
  • Convert regulatory pressure into business opportunities by guiding customers through ESG reporting, data management, and sustainability strategy challenges.
  • Directly influence EQS Group’s growth by closing high-impact deals and expanding long-term customer relationships.
  • Position EQS as a thought leader in ESG technology through consultative, value-driven sales conversations with senior decision-makers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring market needs are reflected in product evolution and commercial strategy.

    • THIS IS YOU

  • Experience in outbound prospecting (SDR) in the SaaS industry
  • Ability to go through end-to-end sales cycle - managing the entire sales process, from compelling demos to closing the deal
  • Ability to successfully qualify leads and apply value-oriented sales strategies
  • Enjoy solving problems and finding creative solutions to client challenges
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in deal closing
  • You speak fluent German and have business-level English skills for company-wide collaboration
  • Acquire new customers and focus on upselling to existing ones
  • Have excellent sales and mobilization skills and customer understanding in the DACH market
  • Demonstrating entrepreneurial acumen when it comes to closing deals quickly and achieving ambitious goals (with lucrative quarterly compensation multipliers!)
  • Good understanding of the customer needs in ESG Management and the market awareness of ESG Management software players
