MyDelhi Indian Streetery, a UK based Award winning restaurant chain serving authentic Indian street food is looking to expand its Accounts and Administrative teams to support growing portfolio demands and also support our associated businesses.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Accounts Administrator at My Delhi Indian Streetery. The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for
- Finance Administration
- Accounting
- Customer service to resolve client invoicing or supplier invoicing queries
- Account reconciliation
- Credit control
- Supplier and client invoice generation
- Supporting monthly P&L reports.
- Supporting Payroll function
The
role is remotely based, supporting other finance team colleagues based in India and key Clients, Staff and management in UK.
Qualifications
- Finance and Accounting skills
- UK Accounting Prior work experience
- Customer Service skills
- Account Reconciliation and Account Management skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software Sage Line 50
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Working Times
You will be required to work UK time zone from 0800 hrs till 1730 hrs Monday - Friday. However since Accounts role is based primarily on accuracy and timely submissions, hence you may need to work occasional weekends in order to complete targets with the role.
Salary
Salary is negotiable for competitive and successful applicant. You would be paid from UK entity gross amounts on a monthly basis and you would need to file your taxation within Indian taxation system on your own.
