Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-   Assist the Manager in accounting functions.

-   Control and handle petty cash; ensure cash on hand is tie with the book.

-   Handle all accounts receivable record-keeping and produce monthly accounting reports.

-   Upkeep all payable transactions, prepare payment vouchers and produce monthly creditors accounting reports.

-   Maintain detailed, perpetual inventory records and produce periodic reports.

-   Update billings and costs on individual job and prepare job status reports.

-   Closing of month-end accounts and produce monthly financial statements.

-   Closing of year-end accounts and ensure smooth-running of regular auditing.

-   Handle other accounting matters such as chasing for payment, verifying expense statements, liaising with external auditors on taxation matters and etc.

-   Maintain full sets of accounts for the company.
