What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer service or call centre experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Adaptable mindset and willingness to learn
  • Business or farming/rural experience background (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide high-quality service across underwriting and claims, responding to enquiries and escalating complex matters when required.
  • Account Management: Manage quotes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and maintain accurate client records from onboarding through policy renewal.
  • Claims Handling: Lodge and process claims within authority limits, liaise with suppliers, follow up on outstanding claims, and assist with dispute resolution.
  • Administration & Compliance: Handle office administration including receipting, filing, credit control, banking, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and internal policies (Salesforce CRM).
  • Business Development Support: Assist with marketing activities, proposals, and tailored insurance solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry developments, support quality assurance processes, and uphold company values and OH&S standards.
Experience & Training
  • Assistant Account Executive: Full training provided; no insurance experience required
  • Senior Account Executive: Prior insurance experience preferred
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administration, claims, or sales are highly regarded
  • Flexible work options available following the completion of training
