In India, RSA Global is establishing a first-of-its-kind automated Container Care Centre at JNPT Port , focused on repair, maintenance, storage, and turnaround of empty containers-setting new benchmarks in automation, sustainability, and operational excellence . We also operate 3PL warehouses in Sikandrabad and Guwahati , supporting diverse customer verticals.

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for accurate data entry, billing support, and maintaining financial records across systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to meet strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in ERP systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases
• Verify accuracy and completeness of financial and billing data
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
• Compile data for reports, audits, and internal analysis
• Maintain well-organized digital and physical documentation
• Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in data management, data entry, or billing operations
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word , and basic computer operations
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy
• Good understanding of data management and billing principles
• Analytical, process-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Exposure to ERP systems (Tally / Ramco / Zoho) is an added advantage
