Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations
  • Manage e-invoicing and SST submissions in compliance with LHDN guidelines
  • Ensure timely issuance of digital invoices and proper documentation
  • Monitor cash flow and perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
  • Process end-to-end payroll in compliance with statutory regulations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and labour legislation
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
