Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations
- Manage e-invoicing and SST submissions in compliance with LHDN guidelines
- Ensure timely issuance of digital invoices and proper documentation
- Monitor cash flow and perform regular bank reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
- Process end-to-end payroll in compliance with statutory regulations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and labour legislation
- Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
