Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records for the company. This role supports the finance function by handling accounts, preparing reports, monitoring transactions, and assisting with compliance matters. The position is well‑suited for a detail‑oriented individual with basic accounting knowledge, preferably with experience in retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
  • Accountable for monthly reporting of task and work progress to senior accountant.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, journals, and account reconciliation
  • Manage invoicing, payment processing, and collection follow‑ups
