GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
As the Key GCS contact, you are accountable for building ongoing positive, effective and productive relationships with clients, prospective clients, trade professionals and service providers. You are responsible for all tactical project services which may include interacting with the Senior Line of Business management. Sustaining the relationships should result in retention of the client and the development of additional business opportunities.

1. Responsible for creating and executing excellent and consistent client focused experience in the delivery of customer service, project management and execution of space for our business partners.
