Job Description

Pasban is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage corporate office accounts and coordinate accounting functions across multiple hotel units.

This is a centralised finance role , overseeing unit accountants and ensuring accurate books, compliance, and financial reporting across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain corporate office books of accounts using Zoho Books
  • Coordinate with accountants across all hotel units to ensure:
  • Accurate bookkeeping
  • Proper documentation and record keeping
  • Timely statutory compliances
  • Review monthly P&Ls , expense statements, and unit-wise financials
  • Ensure standard accounting practices are followed across properties
  • Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with consultants
  • Track inter-unit transactions, reimbursements, and reconciliations
  • Keep all accounts audit-ready at all times
  • Support management with MIS reports and financial data

Software & Systems Requirements

  • Zoho Books – mandatory (corporate and multi-unit accounting)
  • Exposure to IDS, PMS systems, or hotel accounting software preferred
  • Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reconciliations and MIS
  • Familiarity with channel managers, POS, and hotel PMS reports is an advantage
  • Ability to review and validate financial data coming from multiple systems

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate office accounting
  • Experience managing accounts for multiple units / locations
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements, GST, TDS, and compliances
  • High attention to detail and strong coordination skills
  • Hospitality background preferred
