Job Description
Pasban is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage corporate office accounts and coordinate accounting functions across multiple hotel units.
This is a centralised finance role , overseeing unit accountants and ensuring accurate books, compliance, and financial reporting across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate office books of accounts using Zoho Books
- Coordinate with accountants across all hotel units to ensure:
- Accurate bookkeeping
- Proper documentation and record keeping
- Timely statutory compliances
- Review monthly P&Ls , expense statements, and unit-wise financials
- Ensure standard accounting practices are followed across properties
- Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with consultants
- Track inter-unit transactions, reimbursements, and reconciliations
- Keep all accounts audit-ready at all times
- Support management with MIS reports and financial data
Software & Systems Requirements
- Zoho Books – mandatory (corporate and multi-unit accounting)
- Exposure to IDS, PMS systems, or hotel accounting software preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reconciliations and MIS
- Familiarity with channel managers, POS, and hotel PMS reports is an advantage
- Ability to review and validate financial data coming from multiple systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate office accounting
- Experience managing accounts for multiple units / locations
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, GST, TDS, and compliances
- High attention to detail and strong coordination skills
- Hospitality background preferred
