Job Description
Maintain and manage accurate financial records, ensuring proper data entry and compliance with relevant tax requirements.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and employee expense claims in a timely manner.
Maintain and update accounting databases, records, and spreadsheets.
Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the Accounts and Finance team as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting and/or administrative role.
Diploma, Degree, or relevant Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in IT systems and accounting software is an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
