Account Executive Senior — Talent Pool (All Germany)

Location: All Germany
Contract: Full-time (39 h/week)
Work model: Senior field sales with regional travel
Department: Sales (Mid-Market & Strategic)

Role purpose

Lead complex new-logo pursuits and strategic expansions while mentoring junior sellers. Deliver top-tier revenue growth through structured territory strategy and executive engagement.

Responsibilities


  • Build and nurture relationships at senior/C-level; steer proposals and RFP/RFQ responses.


  • Orchestrate internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Finance, Solutions).


  • Define quarterly territory strategy; deliver accurate forecasts and reports.


  • Coach junior Account Executives on pipeline quality and deal execution.


Must-haves


  • 5+ years B2B field sales with a strong record in larger/complex deals.


  • Advanced discovery, value articulation, negotiation, and closing skills.


  • English B2+ (German preferred); strong analytical and commercial acumen.


  • Valid driving license; regional travel readiness.


Nice to have


  • Experience in logistics/air freight; Salesforce proficiency; formal sales methodology.
