Account Executive

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team at AGS INTEGRATION PTE. LTD. (AGSI) in the Toh Guan West Region. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and accounts of our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. What you'll be doing

1. Manage full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GST F5 submission
2. Perform monthly closing and bank reconciliations
3. Verify payments and staff reimbursement claims
4. Monitor trade receivables to ensure timely collections
5. Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and annual financial statements
6. Ensure compliance with FRS, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
