Job Description
As an Account Executive (AE) at Silae Spain, you will play a key role in scaling our new business outbound motion, taking full ownership of qualified opportunities and driving them to close.
Your mission is to convert qualified pipeline (SQLs) into new customers, leading the sales cycle end-to-end in a complex product environment, while also contributing to pipeline generation through targeted outbound efforts.
You will join a newly built outbound sales team, working closely with Sales leadership, SDRs, and Consulting in a fast-growing, performance-oriented environment.
You Will:
- Own qualified opportunities (SQLs) generated by the SDR team and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Conduct deep discovery calls to validate use cases, stakeholders, and readiness before advancing opportunities to demo.
