**Overview** The Account Manager for Digital Native customers is responsible for driving strategic engagement and growth within Switzerland-s most innovative, cloud-first companies. This role focuses on building deep relationships with founders, CTOs, and decision-makers to accelerate adoption of Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions, enabling customers to scale globally. **Responsibilities** **Customer Engagement:** * Act as the primary point of contact for Digital Native accounts (startups, scale-ups, SaaS providers). * Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders. **Growth & Revenue:** * Drive consumption of Azure, Microsoft 365, and AI services. * Identify co-sell opportunities and strategic partnerships. **Account Planning:** * Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer growth objectives. * Leverage data insights to prioritize investments and resources. **Innovation Enablement:** * Support customers in adopting cutting-edge technologies...
