Account Executive

Job scope:

Account Executive

• Managing CFO Group's client account and liaise with CFO Group's clients locally or oversea such as China or Malaysia;
• Reconciling bank and vendor accounts, posting to and balancing the general ledger, processing payments, and compiling segments of monthly or quarterly or yearly closings;
• Resolving accounting queries and addressing issues that arise from client portfolios;
• Preparing timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules in accordance with the Company's accounting policies;
• Assisting clients in setting up their business flow and handling payroll when required;
• Ensuring clients' compliance with all statutory obligations;
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
