Account Executive
This is a hands on role and working in partnership with the team is as important as generating new client relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for selling all portfolio of K2 services
- Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to generating clients and placing resources for permanent or contract opportunities
- Ability to expand business and sell independently across K2’s entire service portfolio (Contract, Perm, K2U, K2K).
- Management of the recruitment sales and engagement function and the wider team to deliver against sales targets and long-term strategic growth.
- Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could impact or drive the growth of existing business.
- Hit individual daily, monthly, individual and team targets.
- Develop, drive, and execute search strategies as well as nurture own network of market-leading professionals.
