Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, including debtors, creditors, and petty cash.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Handle GST and income tax related matters, including filing returns, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.
