Role Overview (Account Executive-Sales)

We are hiring a results-driven Account Executive to own end-to-end sales for our Managed IT Services and Infrastructure solutions. You will own customers, deals, revenue, and closures .


You will:
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
  • Sell Managed IT Services (AMC & MSP), Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity
  • Convert qualified leads into long-term, recurring service contracts (MRR)
  • Engage CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT Heads in consultative sales discussions
  • Work closely with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams
  • Drive negotiations, commercials, and deal closure


Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver revenue targets for IT services and solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Present SLA-based proposals, commercials, and scope of work
  • Coordinate solution design with pre-sales and technical teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM (Zoho preferred)
  • Support renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities


You SHOULD apply if you have:
  • 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in IT services / managed services / system integration
  • Proven experience closing mid-market or enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of AMC, MSP, and recurring revenue models
  • Experience selling to Indian SMB and mid-market customers
  • Comfort owning targets, negotiations, and customer relationships
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore and meet customers
