Join our International Business team as an Account Growth Associate in Helsinki! We are looking for a motivated and organized recent graduate to join our international business team as an Account Growth Associate. This role offers an opportunity to learn about international business operations, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced fintech and consultancy environment. This role is built for someone who is eager to grow; as our team’s footprint across EMEA expands, so will your responsibilities. You’ll start by taking ownership of the operative side and, as you grow into the role, your responsibilities will expand. Over time, success in the role would entail taking on more direct customer-related activities, leading to the eventual role of an Account Manager managing a growing number of accounts you contribute to acquiring.
