Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Head to lead and manage the finance and accounts function for a large FMCG / Beverage manufacturing operation .

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to bottling or FMCG environments , robust hands-on experience in Tally , and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations with strong controls and compliance. Candidates with experience in reputed organizations and Indian plus Africa exposure will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Head the accounts and finance operations , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Manage day-to-day accounting , finalization of accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee costing, inventory accounting, and working capital management in FMCG / beverage operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and accounting processes .
• Support management with MIS, financial analysis, and decision-making inputs.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to maintain high performance standards.

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Exposure:

• Proven experience in FMCG / Beverages / Bottling industry .
• Preference for candidates who have worked with reputed bottling units In India & Africa.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally .
• Indian experience mandatory ; Africa experience highly preferred .

Skills & Other Requirements:

• Telugu speaking preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural and overseas environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
