Role Overview

The Head of Accounts & Finance will be responsible for end-to-end financial management , statutory compliance, cost control, budgeting, MIS reporting, and internal controls. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage accounting operations, taxation, audits, ERP systems, and business finance while supporting management with actionable financial insights.

This position is ideal for a CA professional with manufacturing, shared services, plant finance, and audit background , capable of bridging finance with business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations , including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and GL
